Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2287812A1] The device has a proximity reader (2) located near an opening (4') of an access door (4). A capacitive sensor (11) indicates the intention of a user to pass through the door. A control unit controls the activation of reader and the communication of the reader with a central alarm unit (3) and/or anti-intrusion surveillance center and with a transponder badge to establish a data transfer during identification and recognition of the badge. The unit establishes the transfer during an alarm and/or intervention procedure, if no authorized badge is recognized and the entry detection is effective. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a residence surveillance system comprising a central alarm unit and/or anti-intrusion surveillance center (2) a method for surveillance of a residence.
