Abstract (en)

The display panel has an edge profile with stabilizing and rounded corner sections arranged at a periphery of the display panel. The edge profile includes chamfers (4, 5) at a side of a panel element (2), where the panel element and one of the sections of the edge profile are formed from a single piece. One of the chamfers is perpendicular to a surface of the panel element, and the other chamfer is perpendicular to the former chamfer and parallel to the surface of the panel element. The display panel is made of light metal or light metal alloy.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anzeigetafel, bestehend aus wenigstens einem Tafelelement (2), mit einem an ihrem Umfang angeordneten Randprofil mit Eckabschnitten. Gemäß der Erfindung ist das Randprofil am Umfang der Fläche der Anzeigetafel (1) durch mehrfache Abkantungen (4,5) gebildet, wodurch die Anzeigetafel besonders stabil ist. Durch eine entsprechende Verbindung mehrerer Anzeigetafeln der genannten Art ist eine vergrößerte und stabile Informationsfläche für visuelle Informationsträger aller Art herstellbar, die beispielsweise für Verkehrsleitschilder, großflächige Anzeigeeinrichtungen und dergleichen verwendet werden.
