Abstract (en)
The connector (10) has a groove-shaped receiver (12) for partial receiving of a conductor plate or a plug-in board. Multiple contacts (14,16) are provided at an upper side and a lower side of the receiver, where the contacts clamp the conductor plate or the plug-in board in an elastic manner. Each contact has elastic contact guides for contacting and clamping the conductor plate. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a connector.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verbinder (10) zum Verbinden von Leiter- oder Steckplatten (Board-to-Board Connector) mit: einer schlitzartigen Aufnahme (12) zum teilweisen Aufnehmen einer Leiterplatte (L1) oder Steckkarte; einer Vielzahl von Kontakten (14, 16), die an einer oberen und einer unteren Seite der schlitzartigen Aufnahme (12) vorgesehen sind und die Leiterplatte (L1) oder Steckkarte federnd klemmen können; wobei jeder Kontakt (14, 16) eine federnde Kontaktzunge (142, 162) zum Kontaktieren und Klemmen der Leiterplatte (L1) aufweist und zumindest ein Kontakt (162) eine Zusatzfeder (164) aufweist, die die federnde Kontaktzunge (162) abstützen kann.
