[origin: WO2009142584A1] A grounding element (1) is provided for providing a ground terminal (4) in a vehicle. The grounding element is made in one piece and formed by a first part (2) adapted to be inserted into a second part (3) by a tool. The second part is expandable upon insertion of the first part into the second part and the grounding element is formed by a material harder than the frame of a vehicle to expand into said frame.
