Abstract (en)
The device has multiple processing units (20, 22, 24, 26) arranged vertical to each other and permeable to smoked product wastage (16). Each processing unit has additional outlets (34, 48) for removal of certain components (16a-16c) of the smoked product wastage from a section removal tower (2). The processing units form a modularly-formed tower-like arrangement. A container, a metering device and a supply unit are provided at an outer side of the tower-like arrangement, where the processing units include rotatable horizontally arranged disks (30, 40, 44, 60).
Abstract (de)
Beschrieben wird eine Vorrichtung zur Verarbeitung von Rauchartikelabfällen, mit mehreren im Wesentlichen vertikal übereinander angeordneten und für die Rauchartikelabfälle (16) zumindest teilweise nach unten durchlässigen Bearbeitungseinheiten (18, 20, 22, 24, 26), von denen die oberste Bearbeitungseinheit (18) mit den Rauchartikelabfällen (16) beschickbar ist. Das Besondere der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die einzelnen Bearbeitungseinheiten (18, 20, 22, 24, 26) im Wesentlichen unterschiedliche Funktionen zur Verarbeitung der Rauchartikelabfälle (16) aufweisen und mindestens einer, vorzugsweise jeder Bearbeitungseinheit (18, 20, 22, 24, 26) ein zusätzlicher Auslass (34; 48) zum Entfernen bestimmter Bestandteile (16a; 16b, 16c) der Rauchartikelabfälle (16) aus der Vorrichtung (2) zugeordnet ist.
