Abstract (en)
The device has an axle (10) and another axle actively connected with belts (29, 30), damping elements, traction springs and spiral springs, which exert a resetting force on the axles during rotation of the axles. The damping elements and the traction springs are formed by rubber elastic clamping-belts or bands. The damping element exhibits a diametric slot, and the damping element extends via the slot. The damping elements and the traction springs are fixed at a circumference of the axles and the bearing part, where the damping elements are designed as a tension spring.

Das Bewegungsgerät hat ein schwenkbares beziehungsweise begrenzt drehbares Geräteteil (4, 6; 5, 7), das um eine Achse (10, 11) drehbar in einem Lagerteil (12, 13) gelagert ist. Damit Übende problemlos ihre Übungen mit dem jeweiligen Geräteteil (4, 6; 5, 7) durchführen können, ist die Achse (10, 11) mit wenigstens einem eine Rückstellkraft auf die Achse bei deren Drehen ausübenden Spannelement wirkverbunden. Dadurch erfährt der Übende beim Betätigen des Geräteteiles (4, 6; 5, 7) eine Gegenkraft, so dass ein zu leichtes Schwenken des Geräteteiles (4, 6; 5, 7) nicht möglich ist. Das Bewegungsgerät eignet sich dadurch insbesondere für ältere Personen, die Übungen problemlos und gefahrlos durchführen können.
