Abstract (en)

The device has a conveying device (13) for combining stacks of goods (2a, 2b) to a common stack of goods (11) by a foil or a tubular film (1). A covering device (10) is provided for covering the tubular film by the common stack of goods so that the tubular film is rotated over a circumference of the common stack of goods and covers sidewalls of the common stack of goods. The covering device covers the tubular film by the stacks of goods. The stack of goods with a side wall adjacent to a side wall of another stack of goods is arranged in the common stack of goods. An independent claim is also included for a method for wrapping stack of goods.

Vorrichtung zum Umhüllen von Gutstapeln (2,11), - mit einer Kombinationseinrichtung zur Kombination eines ersten mittels einer Folie bzw. Schlauchfolie verpackten Gutstapels (2a) mit einem zweiten mittels einer Folie bzw. Schlauchfolie verpackten Gutstapels (2b) zu einem Gesamtgutstapel (11), in welchem Gesamtgutstapel der erste Gutstapel mit einer Seitenwand benachbart zu einer Seitenwand des zweiten Gutstapels angeordnet ist. Es ist eine Überzieheinrichtung (10) zum Überziehen einer Schlauchfolie über den Gesamtgutstapel vorgesehen, so dass die übergezogene Schlauchfolie über den Umfang des Gesamtgutstapels (11) umläuft und die Seitenwände des Gesamtgutstapels (11) zumindest bereichsweise abdeckt.
