Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2290177A2] The device has a damping unit (4) with a hollow central part (40) extended on an interior peripheral edge of an orifice (100) of an upper plate (10), and with a top part (400) extended on the upper face of the upper plate. A screw (5) is engaged through the central part such that the screw is not in contact with the upper plate. The screw has a screw head (50) fixing a lower plate (3) to an opening frame, and another screw head (51) projecting from the upper face. The screw is placed relative to the top part such that the latter screw head is plated against the upper plate.
