Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009149574A1] A teat (4) for connection to a receiving unit (2, 3) of a drinks container (1) has a basic body (40) and a mouth piece (42) which adjoins the basic body (40), is tapered in relation to the basic body (40) and has at least one suction opening (43) and a free end. The teat (4) has a first connecting element (46) for connection to the receiving unit (2, 3) and a second connecting element (41) for connection to the receiving unit (2, 3), and also a suction passage (48). The suction passage (48) extends in the mouth piece (42), opens at a first end into the suction opening (43) and is directed at a second end (46) towards the basic body (40). Said second end (46) forms the first connecting element for sealing connection to the receiving unit (2, 3). The basic body (40) is designed in a manner such that it can be folded over towards the free end of the mouth piece (42). The teat (4) is designed such that it can be folded over at at least one second point. The teat according to the invention can be connected in a simple and hygienic manner to the feeding bottle, can readily be cleaned and permits sucking in as natural a manner as possible.
