Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2009153027A1] The invention relates to a system for gluing planar elements into or onto frames formed from profiles, said gluing done using an application head, a processing method that is as quickly as possible being sought wherein the rest periods needed for the adhesive should not hinder the production run of such planar elements, wherein the device is suitable for a further field of application, or a plurality of different profiles and contours to be processed, and may simultaneously react to any deviations and errors during the production run in a flexible manner without adversely affecting the processing quality or the production costs. This is achieved in that the application head (4) is positioned at a portal (2) that crosses over a plurality of longitudinal and transverse guides on which the transport table (7) for the parts to be glued can move to the processing position, wherein each transport table (7) is equipped with fixing elements for the parts to be glued, and can be moved on a stationary undercarriage (8).
