[origin: EP2292112A1] The helmet (1) has a helmet shell (2) and a unit for fixing the helmet shell at a head (20) of a user. A tappet is formed at one or both holders (9). The position of the tappet is adjusted at the holder. The tappet is moved during the movement of an eye protection unit (3) from a non-usage position into an operating position of a guide rail.
