Abstract (en)
A folding chair comprising a seat and a backrest that are hinge-connected to each other. The chair has a folded position in which the seat and the backrest are substantially resting against each other, and also an unfolded position in which the seat and the backrest extend outward at an angle to each other. The backrest is provided with a lumbar support section including a section that bulges outward in the direction of the scat. The backrest comprises a seating space section located underneath the lumbar support section. The seating space section has a convex shape in the direction facing the seat.
