Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2292562A2] The method for ultrafiltration of water using individual filtration modules (2), comprises supplying water over a raw water inlet from a raw water outlet (3) and removing the filtrate of the water towards a filtrate outlet. The filtration modules are cleaned by backwash with the filtrate and are divided in groups. During backwashing of each group, individual filtration module is separated from the raw water supply and is produced with the groups during backwashing and the recirculated filtrate is flushed. A group of the filtrate quantity produced by other groups is increased. The method for ultrafiltration of water using individual filtration modules (2), comprises supplying water over a raw water inlet from a raw water outlet (3) and removing the filtrate of the water towards a filtrate outlet. The filtration modules are cleaned by backwash with the filtrate and are divided in groups. During backwashing of each group, individual filtration module is separated from the raw water supply and is produced with the groups during backwashing and the recirculated filtrate is flushed. A group of the filtrate quantity produced by other groups during back washing is increased. The quantity of the flowing off filtrates is regulated downstream of all groups. The quantity of the backwash liquid is regulated. A cleaning-in-place process is carried out at the raw water side. An independent claim is included for an ultrafiltration system.
