The shelter has a sliding wall fixed in a lower part and extending from the ground to a fixed wall (56). The sliding wall includes a flexible plate (74) to follow a curve of sections (14) with each side. A stud (76) slides in a groove (78) formed at a level of the sections. Each section is arranged at both sides of the sliding wall, and includes a spiral spring (96) placed in a housing arranged on a part of the sections. An end of the spring is connected to the sections, and another end of the spring is connected to the sliding wall so as to compensate a part of the weight of the sliding wall.

L'objet de l'invention est un abri de piscine comprenant au moins un élément comportant deux profilés (14) parallèles entre eux, disposés dans des plans verticaux, une première paroi (56) fixe en partie supérieure de manière à former un toit ainsi qu'une seconde paroi coulissante en partie inférieure qui s'étend depuis le sol jusqu'à la paroi fixe (56), ladite paroi coulissante comprenant une plaque (74) suffisamment souple pour suivre la courbure des profilés avec de chaque côté un montant (76) apte à coulisser dans une rainure (78) ménagée au niveau des profilés (14), caractérisé en ce que chaque profilé (14) disposé de part et d'autre de ladite paroi coulissante comprend un ressort (96) en spirale disposé dans un logement ménagé sur au moins une partie de la longueur du profilé (14), la première extrémité du ressort (96) étant reliée au profilé alors que l'autre extrémité est reliée à la paroi coulissante de manière à compenser au moins une partie du poids de ladite paroi coulissante.
