[origin: EP2292932A2] The can (10) has a primary cover (20) comprising a cylindrical non-metallic base body (21) and a connection geometry (22) that is provided at an end of the cover. The geometry extends inward in a collar-shaped manner and includes two front surfaces (24, 26) running parallel to each other and running perpendicular to a longitudinal axis (X) of the cover. The geometry is connected with end pieces (30, 30') that represent a terminal surface of a separating can base. The cover is formed from plastic or fiber-reinforced plastic or carbon fiber reinforced plastic or ceramics.
