[origin: WO2009130625A2] A foundation device (11; 111) including an elongated body (13; 113) arranged to be fixed in the ground and shaped so as to define at a first end (13a; 113a) a compression portion radially extending with respect to the longitudinal axis (S) of said elongated body (13; 113) and arranged to axially compress the ground surface when said elongated body (13; 113) is fixed in the ground, and so as to define, at the opposite end (13b; 113b), a screw or helical guiding portion, said first end (13a; 113a) further having an axial cavity (19; 119) extending over at least part of its length starting from the upper end (13a; 113a) and arranged to receive the base of the shaft of a post or a pile or the like.
