[origin: WO2009133153A1] The present invention provides novel and advantageous methods, compositions, kits, and devices for separating analytes by free flow electrophoresis. The methods are particularly suitable for simultaneously separating analytes of interest and transferring at least one analyte of interest into a suitable buffer medium that is compatible with downstream analysis methods. Also provided are, kits comprising such buffer systems, and devices for carrying out the free flow electrophoretic separation methods of the present invention.
