Abstract (en)
The device comprises a detection unit (10,17,18) for detecting sawnwood (U2), and an evaluation unit (12), which is formed and operated for evaluation of the curved cutting line (2.11,2.21,2.31,2.41) corresponding to the recorded information for each sawnwood. A cutter (13) is provided to profile each sawnwood according to the corresponding evaluated cutting line. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a solid wood plate.

Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Massivholzplatte umfasst eine Erfassungseinrichtung (10), mit der Informationen über mehrere, wenigstens teilweise unbesäumte Schnitthölzer (U1 - U7) erfassbar sind sowie eine Recheneinrichtung (12), die derart ausgebildet und betreibbar ist, dass mit ihr anhand der erfassen Informationen für jedes der Schnitthölzer (U1 - U7) eine geeignete gekrümmte Schnittlinie (2.11 - 2.41) errechenbar ist. Darüber hinaus umfasst die Vorrichtung eine Fräse (13), um jedes der Schnitthölzer (U1 - U7) der jeweiligen errechneten Schnittlinie (2.11 - 2.41) entsprechend zu profilieren und eine Verarbeitungsstation (15), um die profilierten Schnitthölzer (3 - 9) miteinander zu verbinden.
