Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2295325A2] The handling device arrangement has a conveying unit which consists of a free driven distance. The free driven distance is arranged linearly and is assigned directly to a grouping station (14) in a straight transport direction. The packaging station is coupled with the grouping station by the conveying unit. The conveying unit has a transport path which has one or multiple deflections. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating multiple coupled handling devices, particularly packaging station for articles.
