[origin: EP2295356A2] The method involves applying an adhesive (5) on a material web for adhering the web section at a new casing or end of a strip at complete rolls. The adhesives are applied on a transfer element (3) moving against the material web with smaller adhesion ability than the material web. An independent claim is also included for a device for changing of rolls by machines for rolling of material webs, particularly paper or cardboard on a casing.
