Abstract (en)
Filling and ballast element comprises a filling body (52a, 52b) for filling the lower part of rail chambers (42a, 42b), a rail foot surrounding section (54a, 54b) for enclosing one of the outer sides (39a, 39b) of the rail foot (38) and a lower ballast section (56a, 56b) for lining the rail foot. The filling body, the rail foot surrounding section and the lower ballast section are formed as one piece. An independent claim is also included for a system for the continuous elastic bedding for rails. Preferred Features: The filling and ballast element, including the lower ballast section, is made of polyurethane-bound reconstituted rubber which is thinner in the region of the lower ballast section than in the region of the filling body.

Schienenkammerfüll- und Bettungselement (50a,50b) zur kontinuierlichen elastischen Schienenlagerung mit einem Schienenkammerfüllkörper (52a,52b) zum Ausfüllen zumindest des unteren Teils einer der beiden Schienenkammern (42a,42b), einem Schienenfußumgebungsabschnitt (54a,54b) zum Umhüllen einer der Außenseiten des Schienenfußes (38) und einen Unterbettungsabschnitt (56a,56b) zum Unterfüttern des Schienenfußes (38), wobei der Schienenkammerfüllkörper (52a,52b), der Schienenfußumgebungsabschnitt (54a,54b) und der Unterbettungsabschnitt (56a,56b) einstückig aus gebundenem Gummiregenerat hergestellt sind und das gebundene Gummiregenerat im Bereich des Unterbettungsabschnitts (56a,56b) mit einer größeren Nachgiebigkeit als im Bereich der Schienenkammerfüllkörper (52a,52b) eingestellt ist.
