The apparatus (10) has an impeller i.e. rotor (14), arranged in a pump housing (24), a pot (30) and a motor housing part (32). A sealing gap of a sealing device (40) is formed between the impeller and the pump housing, the pot or the motor housing part. A stator mechanism (35) is provided for moving the impeller in a standstill state against the pump housing, the pot and the motor housing part by a magnetic force such that the sealing gap is closed. A starting element is provided at ends of an impeller bushing (16) and made of high-grade steel.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kraftfahrzeug-Fluidpumpenvorrichtung welche ein Laufrad aufweist, das in einem Gehäuse der Fluidpumpenvorrichtung angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Dichtungseinrichtung zwischen dem Laufrad und dem Gehäuse vorgesehen ist, wobei ein Dichtspalt der Dichtungseinrichtung zwischen dem Laufrad und dem Gehäuse geschlossen ist, wenn das Laufrad im Stillstand ist, wobei eine Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die das Laufrad im Stillstand durch eine Magnetkraft gegen das Gehäuse bewegt, so dass der Dichtspalt geschlossen wird.
