[origin: WO2011000386A1] The invention relates to a container (1), the container body (2) of which has a upper face (4), said upper face pointing up in a first container alignment. A movable carrying handle (5) arranged on the container body (2) can be moved from a non-working position lying close to the container body (2) into a working position in order to carry the container in the first container alignment with the aid of the handle. Furthermore, a fixed additional carrying handle (6) formed by a wall of a recess (38) is constructed on the upper face (4), said additional carrying handle having an engagement cavity (54) in which a user can engage the fingers of one hand in order to carry the container (1) in a second container alignment with the upper face (4) oriented sideways.
