The closing element (1) has a transport position in which the lid portion is attached to the base (5) via at least one point (61) to be broken, and an installation position in which, after the separation of the attachment from the breakable points (61) relative to the base (5), the lid portion can pivot from an open position into a locked position in which the lid portion (3) is removably maintained on the base (5) by a ratchet mechanism.
