Abstract (en)

The flexible insole (1) has an upper sole (13) that is attached above a base insole layer. The heel area of base insole layer is set as shock-absorbing zone (20) and remaining area of the base insole layer as ventilation zone (30). The upper cover surfaces of the frustoconical protrusions in the shock-absorbing zone are set 4 to 10 times greater than cover surfaces of the protrusions in the ventilation zone. The perforations are arranged between protrusions in the ventilation zone.

Es wird eine Innensohle, beziehungsweise Einlegesohle (1) vorgeschlagen, die zumindest eine Grundsohlenlagen (2) aufweist sowie eine darüber angebrachte Decksohle (13). Bevorzugterweise wird zwischen der Decksohle (13) und der Grundsohlenlage (2) eine Massagelage (10) vorgesehen. Die Grundsohlenlage (2) besitzt erfindungsgemäss eine erste Funktionszone (20), die insbesondere der Schockabsorbierung dient und eine zweite Funktionszone (30), welche der Hinterlüftung dient. Verschiedene Massnahmen werden vorgeschlagen, um die Luftzirkulation von der zweiten Funktionszone durch die verschiedenen Lagen hindurch zum Fuss zu begünstigen.
