Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2298140A2] The steam generator (2) has an evaporator chamber, at which a connection (10) for the supply of water and a connection (11) for the discharge of steam are provided in a flow-connection manner. A heatable evaporator surface (13) is provided over which the evaporator chamber is designed for the generated steam. A filling level monitoring device (12) is arranged in the region of the evaporator chamber of the steam generator, in which small to no flow intensity of the steam is formed over the evaporator surface.
