Abstract (en)
A cleaning composition comprising at most two surfactants, wherein at least one surfactant is a quaternary ammonium compound of the formula R1R2R3R4N+ wherein R1 is an C10-C16 alkyl, R2, R3, R4 are each H or C1-C3 alkyl or substituted C1-C3 alkyl, and wherein the quaternary ammonium compound is present in an amount of 0.1-10 wt% of the composition and if the composition comprises a non-ionic surfactant, the non-ionic surfactant is present in an amount of less than 3 wt%. A method for cleaning a hard surface comprising treating the hard surface with an effective amount of such a cleaning composition. The use of such a cleaning composition against toughened greasy soil and as a surface pre-treatment composition.
