[origin: EP2299199A2] The heater (100) has an inner storage vessel (8) for accommodating quantity of warmable water, and an inlet pipe (1) and an outlet pipe (15) connected with the inner storage vessel for transferring the water entered into the inner storage vessel and/or discharged from the inner storage vessel. A heating element (2) is arranged inside the storage vessel and forms a heating channel (A) with which the water introduced into the inner storage vessel via the inlet pipe is made warm. A deflector (3) is arranged at an outlet (21) of the heating channel.
