Abstract (en)
The heat exchanger (W) has an inner tube (3) for treating fluid food products. A thermal expansion compensation device (K) is provided for a casing tube (1) and/or the inner tube, and has a surface (12) contactable by the product to be treated. The surface is provided at a bellows (C) that is integrated into the casing- and/or inner tubes and has folds (F) rotating around a tube axis. Each of the folds at the surface is formed with a radial depth and an axial breadth with ratio of 1 or grater than 1.

In einem Röhrenwärmetauscher (W) mit einem Mantelrohr (1) und wenigstens einem Innenrohr (3) zur Behandlung von flüssigen Lebensmittelprodukten gegebenenfalls auch mit einer Produkt gegen Produkt-Strömungsführung, mit wenigstens einer Wärmeausdehnungs-Kompensationseinrichtung (K) für das Mantel- und/oder Innenrohr (1, 3), die eine vom zu behandelnden Produkt kontaktierbare Oberfläche (12) aufweist, ist diese an einem in das Mantel- und/oder Innenrohr (1, 3) integrierten Faltenbalg mit mehreren um die Rohrachse (X) umlaufenden, im Querschnitt gerundeten, relativ weiten Faltungen (F, F1) vorgesehen, wobei die jeweilige Faltung (F, F1) mit einer radialen Tiefe (T) und einer axialen Breite (B) mit einem Verhältnis von B : T von etwa 1 oder größer und an der Produktseite hygienisch einwandfrei reinigbar ausgebildet ist.
