Abstract (en)
The exchanger (1) has a flat tube (5) for guiding fluid i.e. refrigerant agent, to be cooled, where the heat exchanger is made of aluminum. A collection tube (4) is provided for fluid connection of the flat tube. A fixing device is provided for fixing the heat exchanger. The collection tube and the fixing device are made as a structural unit (16). The fixing device is provided as a rod, strap or a flange. The fixing device comprises a slot (12), borehole and elongated hole for form and/or force fit fixation at a frame of a motor vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing the heat exchanger.

Bei einem Wärmeübertrager (1), insbesondere Kältemittelkondensator (2) für eine Kraftfahrzeugklimaanlage, umfassend wenigstens ein Rohr (3), insbesondere Flachrohr (5), zum Durchleiten eines zu temperierenden, insbesondere zu kühlenden, Fluids, insbesondere ein Kältemittel, wenigstens ein Sammelrohr (4), insbesondere zwei Sammelrohre (4), zum Fluidverbinden des wenigstens einen Rohres (3), wenigstens eine Befestigungseinrichtung (9) für den Wärmeübertrager (1), soll aufgrund einer geringen Anzahl an Komponenten (13) des Wärmeübertragers (1) die Herstellung einfach, sicher und preiswert ausgeführt werden können. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass je ein Sammelrohr (4) und die wenigstens eine Befestigungseinrichtung (9) als ein Bauteil (16) hergestellt sind.
