The internally illuminated signboard (10) is place at an image carrier. The image carrier is illuminated by multiple light emitting diodes (26), which are arranged in a hose or circular body (28). The light emitting diodes are placed on a bent printed circuit board (30) as surface mounted device-component. The bent printed circuit board is installed partly with the hose or circular body.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein innenbeleuchtetes Schild (10), an dessen Vorderseite ein Signalbild, insbesondere auf einem Bildträger, angebracht ist, welcher von einer Mehrzahl von LEDs (26) beleuchtet ist, die insbesondere in einem Schlauch (28) oder rohrförmigen Körper (28) aufgenommen sind, wobei die LEDs (26) als SMD-Bauteile auf einer insbesondere biegsamen Leiterplatte (30) aufgebracht sind und der Schlauch (28) insbesondere mindestens teilweise gebogen verlegt ist.
