[origin: WO2009150191A1] The device comprises a flange (1) surmounted by equipment comprising a hatch (9) capable of grasping and conveying the cover (5) of a barrel (3) in order to open it; two inflatable seals (8, 11) equipping the flange (1) and the hatch (9) are inflated in order to clamp the container (4) and the cover (5) of the barrel to their connection. The contamination in the barrel (3) and in the upper chamber (20) only spills over small areas of the device between the seals (8, 11) and at the coupling of the two parts of the barrel. The structure of the device is very simple.
