Abstract (en)
The device has a bending unit (1), and a conveying unit (3) for conveying a tube or rod-shaped material (20) into the bending unit. A control unit is provided for controlling the conveying unit and the bending unit. The bending unit has bending heads (21-24) guided to guiding axles (4-6). The bending heads are coupled with one another such that repeated bending of the tube or rod-shaped material is implemented in a bending process. The bending heads comprise of bending rollers (14-17), which are arranged at coupling rods (12, 13) in a rotatable manner.

Die Erfindung ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Biegen von rohr- oder stabförmigem Material (20), mit einer Biegeeinheit (1), einer Fördereinheit (3) zum Zuführen des rohr- oder stabförmigem Materials (20) in die Biegeeinheit (1), und einer Steuereinheit zum Ansteuern der Fördereinheit (3) und der Biegeeinheit (1). Die Biegeeinheit (1) weist mehrere auf Führungsachsen (4, 5, 6) geführte Biegeköpfe (21, 22, 23, 24) auf, die derart miteinander gekoppelt sind, so dass mehrere Biegungen des rohr- oder stabförmigen Materials (20) in einem Biegevorgang durchführbar sind.
