Abstract (en)
The container has a box (1) comprising an opening (2) on its upper surface. A maintaining unit (3) maintains a tube introduced into the box. The maintaining unit has an adjusting unit for adjusting height of the maintaining unit along two positions when the maintaining unit is introduced into the box, so as to maintain the tube in position, where the size of the tube has two different values. The adjusting unit is formed of folds (5, 5', 6). A protection cover covers the opening of the box, where the cover is made of recyclable carton. An independent claim is also included for a grouping case comprising a plastic bag.

L'objet de la présente invention concerne une boite de laboratoire (10), ou plus généralement un contenant, pour le conditionnement d'au moins un tube (T) tel que notamment un tube de prélèvement organique de type sanguin, ledit contenant (10) comportant une boîte (1) présentant une ouverture (2) sur sa face supérieure, et un moyen de maintien (3) dudit au moins un tube (T) agencé pour être introduit dans ladite boîte (1) par ladite ouverture (2) ; le moyen de maintien (3) comportant des moyens de réglage agencés pour permettre, lorsque ledit moyen de maintien est introduit dans ladite boîte (1), le réglage en hauteur dudit moyen de maintien (3) selon au moins deux positions.
