[origin: EP2302611A2] The signs has a decorative plate (5) insertable into a base body (2), and a lifting tool such as suction pad (7), lifting the decorative plate and a transparent cover plate, where the cover plate is made of thin transparent material such as plexiglass. A receiving groove is formed in a frame part (3) of the base body. A card-like data carrier is provided in the base body. The decorative plate abuts the frame part in a seamless manner, where the frame part is made of metal such as aluminum.
