Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2305572A1] The method involves producing a hole (8) in a plastic film (2) at a point, where a gripping portion (11) of a handle (10) is attached at the point. A covering sheet (12) is attached to an inner side of the plastic film. The covering sheet is sized and oriented such that the hole is covered and the covering sheet is overlapped with an area of the inner side of the plastic film. The gripping portion of the handle is attached to a leaf section (13) of the covering sheet, where the leaf section is accessible from an outer side of the plastic film through the hole. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for manufacturing a bag (2) a bag made of a plastic film comprising a handle.
