Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2305931A1] The device has a retractable bar (3) fixed on a hinge (22) of a door (2), where the door is provided with a frame (21) that is arranged on a wall (1) of a room. A control unit is adapted to set the bar alternatively in a deployed length at which opening of the door is prevented, or to set the bar in a retracted length at which opening of the door is allowed. The bar has a tubular element (31) that is arranged to fix the bar on the hinge of the door. An independent claim is also included for an access protected space comprising a retaining unit for preventing hooking of a bar.
