Abstract (en)
The sash has a sash frame (3) made of wood and/or plastic. An insertion element (4) i.e. glass disk, and a fitting groove (7) are provided at the sash frame for holding a swivelable fitting (9) and/or a closure fitting (8). The fitting groove comprises a groove base and a metal band, which are glued with each other. The fitting groove surrounds the sash frame in a u-shape. The metal band is provided at corners of the sash frame. A surface of the metal band and/or another surface that is directed to the groove base, are designed in an enlarged manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing the window sash.

Ein erfindungsgemässer Fensterflügel weist einen Flügelrahmen (3) aus Holz und/oder Kunststoff, ein Einsetzelement (4) und mindestens eine Beschlagsnut (7) am Flügelrahmen (3) für die Aufnahme eines Schliess- (8) und/oder Schwenkbeschlags (9) auf. Dabei weist die Beschlagsnut (7) einen Nutboden (12) und ein Metallband (13) auf, wobei das Metallband (13) und der Nutboden (12) miteinander verklebt sind.
