[origin: WO2009155421A1] Colloidal suspensions comprising gacyclidine and squalene. Squalene binds gacyclidine much more tightly than other drug carriers, such as polylactic glycolic acid. Including squalene in the particulate pahse sequesters gacyclidine and provides superior stability at room or body temperature.
