Abstract (en)

The press has a printing unit provided with a group of inkjet printing devices. One of the printing devices applies ink to a paper web in contactless manner. A motorized actuating device of a cutting device (6) cuts a portion of the paper web based on print format settings of the printing device. The control device controls and regulates the motorized actuating device based on one of pre-stored and pre-calculated control curves. Web guiding elements guide the paper web, and are displaceable perpendicular to a web plane. An independent claim is also included for a folder for use with a web press, comprising a paper sheet transporting element.

Beschrieben wird eine Einrichtung (103) zum Schneiden von Bedruckstoffen, insbesondere von Papierbahnen (108) mit einem Schneidmodul (106), welches eine Schneidvorrichtung (6) beinhaltet, sowie ein Falzapparat und eine Druckmaschine mit einer solchen Einrichtung, wobei das Schneidmodul (106) Führungseinrichtungen (206, 208) aufweist, die zumindest einen teilweise ebenen und/oder beweglichen Führungsbereich (F1, F2) zur Führung des Bedrucksstoffs bzw. der Papierbahn (108) durch das Schneidmodul (106) aufweisen.
