Abstract (en)

The device has a rotatably drivable hollow winding roller driving a winding spool i.e. hard cardboard case, by friction. The spool is held on a winding shaft (21) accommodated in a winding accommodating device (23) i.e. main winder, at a variable distance with respect to the roller. The shaft is supported on supports (27, 28) at sides within an area of the device (23). A distance (a) of the supports measured in an axial direction of the shaft, is variably formed based on adjustment to a different length of the spool corresponding to a different width of a wounded material web e.g. paper web.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme einer eine aufgewickelten Materialbahn (11) aufweisenden Wickelspule (12) unter Bildung eines Wickels (13), mit einer rotatorisch antreibbaren Wickelwalze (09), an die die Wickelspule (12) anstellbar ist, wobei die Wickelspule (12) auf einer Wickelwelle (21; 21 a; 21 b) gehalten ist, wobei die Wickelwelle (21; 21 a; 21 b) von einer Wickelaufnahmeeinrichtung (23) aufnehmbar ist, in der sie bezüglich der Wickelwalze (09) abstandsvariabel aufgenommen ist, und wobei die Wickelwelle (21; 21 a; 21 b) im Bereich der Wickelaufnahmeeinrichtung (23) beidseitig auf Auflagern (27; 28) gelagert ist, wobei die Auflager (27; 28) der Wickelaufnahmeeinrichtung (23) jeweils ein Rollenpaar (32) aus zwei wälzgelagerten Rollen (32'; 32") aufweisen.
