Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2010007131A1] The invention relates to a steam turbine system (10) comprising a steam turbine (12) with a high pressure side steam inlet device (16, V1) and a low pressure side steam outlet device (18), and comprising a control device (14) for controlling the steam turbine (12). In order to avoid excess ventilation in a low pressure section (12-2), according to the invention the steam turbine (12) comprises an additional steam inlet device (40, V2) disposed in the route between the steam inlet device (16, Vl) and the steam outlet device (18), and the control device (14) is adapted to control (sv2) a feeding of steam by way of the additional steam inlet device (40, V2) as a function of detected operating parameters (T).
