[origin: EP2311347A1] The device has a hollow body (10) comprising a wall (30) and applying spring pressure in a gap (12) between a wall (14) of a household appliance and a wall (16) of a furniture body, where the spring pressure produces force that acts on the walls of the appliance and the body for fixing the hollow body in the gap. The hollow body is manufactured as a single-piece from plastic, and has a parallelogram-shaped cross section. The hollow body has a locking device (28) for locking ends of the wall of the body.
