Coating a substrate (40) with a substrate surface component to be coated, which is a product carrying part of a weighing device, preferably a combination scale (2), a feeding device, a collector device or a transitional system, comprises applying an adhesive coating (41) by applying hot, non-liquid particles (42) of adhesive coating material on the substrate surface to form an adhesive layer with roughness on the substrate surface, and applying a slide coating (45) of at least one layer of a slide coating material on the adhesive coating. Coating a substrate (40) with a substrate surface component to be coated, which is a product carrying part of a weighing device, preferably a combination scale (2), a feeding device, a collector device or a transitional system, comprises applying an adhesive coating (41) by applying hot, non-liquid particles (42) of adhesive coating material on the substrate surface to form an adhesive layer with roughness on the substrate surface, and applying a slide coating (45) of at least one layer of a slide coating material on the adhesive coating. The slide coating material comprises at least one type of polyaryletherketone and at least one kind of fluoropolymer. An independent claim is also included for the coated component, which is a product carrying part of the weighing device, preferably the combination scale, the feeding device, the collector device or a transitional system, comprising the substrate with the substrate surface, the adhesive coating made of the adhesive coating material, and the slide coating made of at least one layer of the slide coating material. The adhesive coating material is applied onto the substrate surface by thermal spraying and a first interfacial layer is formed between the substrate and the adhesive coating. The slide coating material is applied to the adhesive coating and a second interfacial layer (44) with a roughness is formed between the adhesive coating and the slide coating.

Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Oberflächenbeschichtung für produktführende Anlagenteile bereitzustellen, die widerstandsfähiger und haltbarer ist, als im Stand der Technik. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mittels eines Beschichteten Bauteil, das aufweist: ein Substrat (40) mit einer Substratoberfläche, eine Haftbeschichtung (41) aus einem Haftbeschichtungsmaterial (aus Edelstahl), wobei das Haftbeschichtungsmaterial mittels thermischem Spritzen auf der Substratoberfläche aufgetragen ist und zwischen dem Substrat (40) und der Haftbeschichtung (41) eine erste Grenzflächenschicht (42) gebildet ist, und eine Gleitbeschichtung (45) aus mindestens einer Schicht aus einem Gleitbeschichtungsmaterial, wobei das Gleitbeschichtungsmaterial mindestens eine Art Polyaryletherketone und mindestens eine Art Fluorpolymere beinhaltet, das Gleitbeschichtungsmaterial auf der Haftbeschichtung (41) aufgetragen ist, und zwischen der Haftbeschichtung (41) und der Gleitbeschichtung (45) eine zweite Grenzflächenschicht (44) gebildet ist.
