[origin: EP2312085A2] The device (2) has vertical supporting tubes (6, 8) mounted with respect to a base (4). The tubes include insertion holes in an interior of the tubes for horizontal cross rods (10, 12). A light opening surface of the rods corresponds to external dimensions of the rods such that the rods are inserted into the holes by hand and radially and displaceably accommodated. Flexible and elastic clamping elements clamp a laminar insert (22) between the rods. Clamping forces are exerted to undisplaceably provide the rods into the holes such that the device is placed in its intended assembly arrangement.
