Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2312258A1] The device has a plate (4) i.e. armor plate, placed at a distance from a louver (2) by using spacers (5) secured to a wall (3) of a vehicle. The plate is secured to each of the spacers by a connection unit shearable or deformable under the effect of pressure exerted on the plate. The plate is slid along the spacers for blocking the louver under the effect of exerted pressure. Each spacer is constituted of a rod (7) fixed to the wall and a pin (8) arranged coaxial to the rod. The plate is supported on the pin and maintained by the rod using a head (9) or a nut.
