The device (10) has a mixing tank (20) for accommodating and mixing of two different products, where one of the products is fluid. A closure device (40) closes an outflow (21) from the mixing tank, and a filling valve (53) fills-up mixed products from the mixing tank in a container. A connecting pipe (50) includes an aeration pipe that is arranged between the outflow and the mixing tank, where the aerator ventilates the connecting pipe for the filling valve. A hollow body is provided with two air inlets for ventilating a hollow space in the hollow body. An independent claim is also included for a method for loss-free filling continuously mixed products in a container.

Es ist eine Vorrichtung (10) und ein Verfahren zum verlustfreien Abfüllen von kontinuierlich gemischten Medien in Behältnisse (54) beschrieben. Die Vorrichtung umfasst einen Mischbehälter (20), ein Füllventil (53) und eine Verbindungsleitung (50). Der Mischbehälter (20) dient zur Aufnahme und zum Mischen von mindestens zwei verschiedenen Medien, wovon mindestens ein Medium eine Flüssigkeit ist, und hat eine Verschlusseinrichtung (40) zum Verschluss eines Abflusses (21) aus dem Mischbehälter (20). Das Füllventil (53) dient zum Füllen der gemischten Medien aus dem Mischbehälter (20) in die Behältnisse (54). Die Verbindungsleitung (50) ist zwischen dem Abfluss (21) aus dem Mischbehälter (20) und dem Füllventil (53) angeordnet. Hierbei weist die Verschlusseinrichtung (40) eine mit der Verbindungsleitung (50) verbindbare Belüftungsleitung (47) zur Belüftung der Verbindungsleitung (50) zum Füllventil (53) auf. Zudem ist eine Anlage mit einer solchen Vorrichtung und einer Transporteinrichtung zum Transport der Behältnisse (54) zu dem Füllventil (53) der Vorrichtung (10) beschrieben.
