[origin: EP2314746A1] The machine has embroidery heads comprising needle points are displaceable relative to an embroidery position in x-direction. Each needle point has a needle moved back and forth in z-direction, and a bobbin thread unit is attached to each embroidery head. A stentering frame (11) for fixing an embroidery material is arranged between each embroidery head and its associated bobbin unit. Fabric holding elements are arranged at a distance to each other in y-direction, and are formed as rotatable fabric rollers (13, 15), where a stock of the embroidery material is wound on the fabric rollers.
