[origin: EP2314799A1] The device (100) has a sleeve connected to a cleaning main portion (104) including an inlet and an outlet through which the liquid is ejected. An orifice is arranged on one of the lateral faces of the sleeve. A cover unit is provided to selectively cover or not cover the orifice when the cleaning device main portion is moving or immobilized in a linear manner along the immersed surface. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) method of cleaning immersed surface of swimming pool; and (2) guide device for automatic system for cleaning immersed surface.
