Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2314929A2] The device has a lamp (12) arranged at an end (11) of an elongated hollow profiled housing element (7). A light distributor element is separated from the lamp and provided in another end (8) of the housing element. The element is provided in area near a kitchen work surface for distributing the light from the lamp. The distributor element is provided with a reflector element and/or a light conductor including a discharge opening. The housing element comprises a housing element part that is moved relative to a base housing element.
